Hello everyone,
Just got a 2012 AH5 in January, had is for a couple of months then it threw all sorts of errors.
Technician said it needed a new EME which i managed to source from a salvage car.
thing is, the 12V battery is not being charged and the hybrid system is grayed out.
Really need some help
BELOW ARE THE FAULTS FOUND USING LAUNCH X-431
The following system is abnormal: ECM (Engine Control Module - DME/DDE) 4 problems exist
1.CDBA27 Message (Actual Charging Electronics Data, 0x108) Missing, Receiver DME/DDE, Transmitter EME Permanent
2.CD9203 LIN, Message; Radiator Shutter: Missing Permanent
3.235410 Emergency Operation Manager: Request Idle Speed Increase Of Electrical Machine Control Unit Intermittent
4.21A110 Engine Torque Limitation: As The Result Of Emergency Operation Request From Control Unit Of Electrical Machine Emergency Operation Manager Intermittent
EME2 (Electrical Machine Electronics 2) 2 problems exist
1.D79C19 No Message (OBD Prompt, Torque Limitation, 0x41D), Receiver EME, Transmitter DME Intermittent
2.220507 High-Voltage Power Management: Reduction Of Power Consumption Required By 12 V Vehicle Electrical System Intermittent
FAS (Seat Module, Driver) 1 problem exist
1.802A08 Personal Profile Porting Restricted Due To Lack Of Calibration Permanent
