Me and a few other peeps on the forum are very happy with Falken FK452 or FK 542 or whatever. Good tyre for a good price.

I've never used dunlops but from what I've heard its a definite no no! Falkens are good tyres,good value. I would also recommend Kenda. I've used them on two cars now and have been pleasantly surprised with them.

I can vouch for Dunlop 6000 on my e34 540i manual , ideal drifting tyre , if you want grip then get something else . I think the velocity's on my e36 328i are better !!

I recently put Bridgestone MY-01 on my ride, and the amount of grip insane, they're also pretty quiet now, I can't say what they are like when they get slim but I've heard good things. Just my 2c...

Hankooks are just as bad in my experience. Though not as noisy.

So many people say this is good that is good, but noone of us have tried everything. Im sure the cheapest Chinese tires in the world feel great compared to retreads.
