Its amazing what this motor did and still does. The sound, the feeling, everything.
I say it often and I keep on saying it, force fed cars just dont deliver the same amount of thrill that a high revving NA motor does. There is just something about a motor making its power near the red line that evokes emotion. The feeling of that motor gradually opening up, that linear but brutal acceleration.
And BMW was able to combine this with absolute drivability. Sedate BEAST this! Love it!
