Hi Guys, after months of being completely unsatisfied with my 325ci due to the fact that the agents could not diagnose problems and repair the car within MP (since then fixed at my own cost), I decided as a last resort to restore my faith in BMW, to meet Gizmo for an oil change and for him to check the car out…

Due to my schedule I could not meet him during the week, so he made himself available on Saturday…

Longer story short, the guy knows his cars… gave my car a “once over” and now the driving pleasure continues…

I will most certainly make use of his knowledge and experience going forward.
