A slight (read epic) fail by BMW dealership

I know who which dealership was involved but won't be pointing any fingers. Suffice to to say they are in the Northern Suburbs of Jozie.

An acquaintance took his car (X6) for a service, and the dealership staff then proceeded to drive it through the wash bay, through the palisades, down an embankment and flip the car onto its roof...

He said, and I quote "I thought it was a Wackhead prank when they called me..."

Wow... That's what happens when you let the car wash guys to drive the cars. They were probably revving it up or something and didn't realise it was still in gear. :rollsmile::biglol:

The guys is very chilled about it since he is benefitting financially and the dealership are also stepping up to the plate. I don't know all the details, but it certainly doesn't look like they are trying to absolve themselves of any blame.

Hahaha...I can already see it on their pre-owned floor in a couple of weeks. "One owner, low kms, only slight respray on bumper"

Well incidentally I was working from Mugg and Bean at Lonehill after gym this morning. The very pretty blond girl sitting behind me phones and makes a service booking for her 320d. I turned around and asked her if she had booked it at Cedar and she laughed. She said she would never take her car there. She bought it at JSN and will service it there. She also said her BF used to service his car there and had nothing but trouble.
