A quick e90 question

So got my car back from having the tint done.

the guys were listening to the radio and had the doors open, thus resulting on my battery draining.

We jumped the car from the points under the hood now i have a airbag light and a seatbelt light on the dash.

I have disconnected the battery and will leave it off for 30mins.

I hope this clears it.

Would i need to take it to BMW to clear the code with the battery thing does not work??

Disconnecting the battery will not clear the error. The light will also not come on from a dead battery.

It is probably the passenger airbag, had that issue in my 323i. Get it reset, if it comes on again, have it checked out, mine turned out to be a faulty connection.

They were probably leaning on the seat or something.
Not their fault though as it is a common problem.
I read that in the states they managed to get it replaced even if the car was out of plan.
Doubt we'll get that right here. I called Auto Atlantic & they wanted to charge me just to look at it even though I said it was a common BMW fault.

tried another jump start?

put a brand new battery in...nudda

Did you check by the clamps, under the plastic insulation that it makes proper contact to the clamps that goes over the terminals. Had that problem once on a rental car.

Gona let the poor thing sleep at the dealership 2night, then will check again before outsurance takes her to the Mech.

Lets hope its something stupid that i missed and not a blowen ECU or summing. #FML

Been doing some research, could the the fuel pump relay had go to a better place or the crank sensor.

Will post finding 2moro once she has her diagnosis.
