My advice...a BIG no. Two of my friends on this forum were on the brink of buying a black 2009 model a few months ago...and they were also sold and convinced about the car...they took it for a test drive and the tested the 135 coupe and you know what they drove out of the show room...

1. For the asking price...i will pay R30 000 more and get the Z4 35i (twin turbos).
2. You should PM, Rissipit & PMAC...they will change your mind quickly from going the M coupe route...and remember it might be a 2009 model but it inherited the old e46 M3 engine (as is)...and the ride will make you order new kidneys regularly...I am not saying the old M3 engine is bad...but technology has certainly moved on.
3. Get a woman's view from (Rissipit)

There are many reasons i can give you Not to buy it but above is my few cents worth...

They are not cars for the feint hearted - you either love to drive them or hate them, take your time buying one.

WTF?

If you want a driving machine, get the Z4 M.

If you want it for any other reason, get an Audi S/RS model, they are just as good for posing and street cred these days.

Please refrain from giving out 'advice' when you aren't very well informed, thanks.

PS LOL at the price difference :hammerhead:

WRT price, SB does have a point, the SDrive23i goes for around R450k second hand!!! SDrive35i will set you back a good 650-700k second hand
