Box of goodies arrived after a stressful week with customs. Not knowing I had surpassed my import limit I had to apply for a SARS CU code with DHL stating that if not cleared within 14 days items will be handed over to state warehouse. Who knows what happens there.

Cost an arm and a leg, almost the price of a decent classic BMW 3 series.

Anyways, logically it still makes financial sense.

A very rough condition 996 4S with 170 000km sold on auction at WBC yesterday for R460-470k. I went to have a look, very rough and still had the risk of bore scoring and IMS failure. Feel sorry for the guy who bought it.
