1. What are the early signs of a dirty fuel pump?
2.For no apparent reason my car just switch off During the day. Any clue ?
3. What can i use to clean my fuel lines?

Does the car misfire on idle but ref to 6000 RPM with no problems on the road?

For R320 youy can have your fuel pressure tested at BMW. Thats what they charged me two months back for my e36

Imho if it revs up as normal and loses power/revs slowly as if running out of petrol then suspect the petrol pump ( e36 325i Bosch petrol pump was R 1200 about year ago ) .
sudden cut out with no power loss - would suspect electrical fault .
Use injector cleaner , you may also be able to connect pipe to inlet manifold and suck direct from bottle .

The car doesnt misfire it just looses power and then all of a sudden there is power again. it drives almost like an auto car.
