`97 E36 M3 3.2 vs late `98 E36 M3 3.2

I think the 98 model has a dual oil pickup versus a single in the 97 model.

All 3.2s have two oil pick ups.

+1 on that one! iam certain they all have two pick ups. i believe all south african spec motors were made identical and wouldnt risk giving us the european higher comp with the crappy fuel we had

Its the 3.0 that had only 1 oil pick up.

And if Im not mistaken one fuel pump that sat under the rear seats , there was no return line or something like that
