What's up with the front bumper? Turbo?

Previous owner slapped a turbo on, but managed to buy it before any damage was done. Ended up taking it off, as well as lots of other work

Still looking fir some vaders, he removed them for bucket seats. Carpet,aux fan, seatbelts, washer bottle, aircon unit all removed. Had to rebuild it all.
