6 series or cls

Hi fanatics
Just wanted to hear people's opinion of the following. I am in the market for a six series for the wife. I then came along this. I looked closer at it cause this car out the showroom will cost in excess of 1.5 bar.
It has every conceivable extra and is finished in designo magic Grey (matt) and designo red/black interior.
Car has 18k on the clock and I can get it for 750k. It's a 2015.
What you guys think of this ride compared to the 6?

Thought this was going to be about an M3 CSL

I'd personally prefer the look of the 6, but apparently the v8 in the higher models isn't great on reliability? Either way I'm sure you'll get a good car, but I would guess this isn't the place to get unbiased opinion

I love the 6 grand coupe
The reason this caught my eye was
1. The exterior color looks amazing
2. The extras this car has
3. The price.
I am sure if I negotiate I can pick this car up for 700k. (That's less 50 % of new price)

What are the extras that this comes with which a 650i doesn't have?

Personally I couldn't live with the interior of the CLS, it's very old and aged.

The 2013 and up 650i have the updated 330kW engine which doesn't have the problems of the old one.

Having said all of that, it's a crazy good price for the 2015 on that CLS.

Both stunningingly beautiful cars, 6 GC and Cls....tough choice. Imo the 6 GC is the more subtle option and you would not find a specific model that stands out from the others. The benz has a bit more of the bling factor and with the options on this car it is quite unique and different to the rest.

In this case, as much as I luv the 6 GC...the benz gets my vote...

they both great cars - for that type of money its down to ones personal preference

As much as I love the 6 GC, apply the the "bang for buck" principle.

If u getting the CLS for that much cheaper compared to the GC, CLS is should be.

Both are bloody awesome cars.

BMW in Cape town, the barloworld dealer, has a 2016 650i, <5000km, for R1.1mil. They have convertibles at similar pricing too.
New price is R1.8mil.
New model is about to be released in a year though.

Is the CLS a diesel?
I'd go for the V8 petrol.

Keep in mind that these 'new' prices ren't a real relflection of the bargain you are getting, whether the 6er or CLS.

In my opinion, 6er look better outside, Merc has a better interior.

They both lovely and both will achieve the same thing you want .... And I'd say let the deciding factor here be price. 750k is allot of car for the money. But heck makes one think what the dealer paid... 600k!?

Thanks for all the responses fanatics. After going back and forth a bit I decided on the cls.
Someone asked here what extras this car has that's not found on the gc - I will mention a few.
Amg line (inside and out)
Exclusive line
Driver assistance plus
Multibeam headlight
Parking package
9g tronic box
Active muticontour seat package (heated ventilated massage function and dynamic that inflates the bolsters when cornering)
Air magic suspension
4 zone climate
B and Olufsen sound system (worth 90k)
Actually too many to mention.
What was the swaying factor was the exclusivity of the color.
Desigo Matt Grey with the designo red black.
I called a buddy that works at mercedes and he did a search and advised that this is the only one in that color in the country.

That's a lot of car for the money, no brainer being the only one in that colour. Looks fantastic!
