530D manual 2006 help

I am looking at buying my first BMW, its a 2006 530D E60, km 95000, its a manual 6 speed. The asking price is R170 000.00!

Need some help on looking for know issues with this model of car. Thanks

That would be that white one on gumtree?! I reckon it is a very nice car, but this car has been advertised a few times from almost the beginning of this year, or maybe even last year... Obviously price has been slowly coming down, but I think maybe a bit high still.

Thats my feeling as well, still in good nic though. I did check the VIN number (http://www.bmwheaven.com/database/engine.php?type=M57#/22) and found out that it is actually a 2005, the motor is the 150 kw M57TU. Was there a big change in engine from the 2005 to 2006?

What is km's on that car? some say the manual is a must buy, but i must ask you guys this if this cars running expense is worth that price?
