Why...? Just why?

Now whenever we argue with Audi, Merc or even Toyota fans and they begin to lose the arguement (obviously) they can always say
"oh yeah, well what about the 3 series GT?! Say something now pal!!"

The GT's are our Achilles heel.

I look at this hideous creation and cringe, I know BMW are looking to be avante garde with the design, but this with the 5GT really stick out like sore thumbs in the model range. Most BMW fans are going to go "what were they thinking?" maybe they trying to attract buyers in a different segment. But I really can not understand where this fits in with the ethos of delivering "Sheer driving pleasure" or "Joy", when one looks at it and goes................:yuck: It really is untidy and uncohesive at the rear,
if you look at the side profile, the rear bootlid looks tacked on, and completely unintergrated with the rest of the car.

Maybe they trying to fill a void left by Saab in Europe, as I can imagine this would only appeal to someone who admires Saab vehicles and their now defuncted hatchback models.

Actually, after looking at this for a bit I take my comment back. I think I wouldnt mind having this in Alpine White/M-Sport guise and BMW Performance wheels :fencelook:

Flame suit on.
