I was recently quoted 10k for 1 more year. Current mileage is 75000km. Is this the going rate? 335i manual 2010.

Was quoted 7.5k on the 320d almost 2 years ago now. So yes I'd say it's the going rate. I was told on the forum that MP extension prices don't differ from dealer to dealer.

Im sure the price differs from car to car....

Me having a 3 series and you having the exact same car, same year, same mileage but i have claimed alot more through MP will be charged a higher rate for extension.

Based on my past experiences, it is system generated based on the maintenance history of the vehicle, including the type of vehicle naturally.

One year on my 550i was quoted at R36k in 2012

The price is so low because your mileage is low.

Much cheaper for time than mileage.

I was charged 15k, mileage was 65 000km. However mine is the E92 MSport

Very good price... Paid R8k or so on my 325i with 70xxxkm on it if I remember. Ended up getting a new diff fitted at R40k.

Are you sure that's right? They go by 1 year or 25k kms and 1 year the latter being much more expensive...
