I got 220wkw on a std car on map 3 and 230wkw with a custom map from terry!
But with the jb4 coming custom maps are out with the auto tuning!
Dyno number don't mean anything as I've raced cars with a lot more power and won!
Its just fun and good to know as you start going foward and see what does improve as modding goes on! Oh map 5 an dps got 246 wkw with torcho fuel additive!

I have not done any drags except the occasional recreational tracking...and i was quite impressed. But I had to lower the map to 3 for track use. I started on map 7 but it was too agressive but map 3 is more ideal & managable for the Killarney corners. :thumbsup:

I think Ziyaad is running the default maps. Rennzport do not recommend deviating from the default maps at coast. There is no need for a specific map one.
I have never experimented on map 1, because the default maps and settings are strong & adequate enough even with nitrous and meth. What i do tune is the meth & nitrous settings on there respective controllers based on the map i have chosen.
In my case my daily map is the default map 9 and the map for dyno days is 11- 13, with racefuel...my race map is 10 with racefuel...with nitrous map 7 is more than adequate.Obviously with the JB4 there will be less maps and also no need for a specific altitude map because the JB4 canbus autotunes based on many factors such as octane, mods etc...

We could always, I've been running mine for almost a year and have done 3 cars with it!
You just need to change some global settings and you good to go!!

With jb4 coming soon, its got auto tuning so that's all done, the tune does it by itself.
I think the bms tunes are for guys who want to do everything the can to the car as that brings out the true potential of the tune and really shows why its so good!

How much does the jb4 cost. Read up alil on it and it sounds awesome. I think I might change from flash to pnp for the simple reason of have the ability to switch maps. What sort of figures are u guys putting down with the jb3? Is it similar to the guys overseas. I'm currently adding ic and dps so I just wanna find out if jb is the better option.

We would be able to confirm pricing when the JB4 is officially released. Plan towards second week in January 2011. Rennzport may be able to get some JB tuned test cars going in Durbs if their is an interest then we will def consider in the New Year. The Flash tune that you do have on your car is from a very reputable company as well. It depends what your goal is with the car. The flash maybe adequate if you only plan a tune & IC...Will pm my cell number if you just wanna chat about the options...:thumbsup:
