Get the MSA license online. Its a walk in the park. If you eager to race often get the Regional License then you can run more times on a prepared track.
I would do Downpipes next.

If your at the coast with the beter fuel and air you can run map 5 with nothing else!
Difference between the 2 are 25whp so worth a try!!
Enjoy it while you can and wait like the rest of us for the jb4 upgrade with auto tunning!!!
Jb3 cars at alltitude dyno between 220 and 230 wkw with just jb3 so do a dyno and we can compare!!!

Just get the race fuel before switching maps
With your car being stock, you should stick to map3
We have had very good results in cpt on cars with the software only and race fuel... And a few that added the dp`s... If you want to go that route.
Still minimal mods, considering the improvement.
And don't get too fixated on dyno numbers... Imo
