Are you looking specifically for the E92 or will you also consider the E90?

A 2012 model will still be in motorplan so the service history should be up to date. Check if there are any comments on the car in question. Also check what big ticket items have already been replaced.

Yes, its still on plan till next year Feb. Nothing much was changed besides them doing an oil service

As long as its on plan its safe. Check for comments.
If buying privately or a non bmw dealer. Ask them to take the car for motorolan transfer so if there are any issues its up to them to sort out.
