330d LCI intercooler turbo pipe loose??

Hi All
What to do to tighten the fit of turbo pipe to Intercooler
Get o ring rubber from agents to better the fit?
Get a silicone pipe with 2clamps and fit?
I know it's causing my consumption to be so bad!
All suggestions will be Appreciated

Just out of interest what is bad consumption? 15l/100?

Check both sides of cooler for tight fit...
