Hi guys
So I'm in the market for a 330D but have no clue wht to look for:hammerhead:
Just need some info as to what is best like which year model is preferable....manual or auto.....most of the ones i've seen for sale got fsh which gives me a bit of piece of mind.
What is the highest mileage one should buy these cars at?
what is maintenance like regarding services....also is it a good thing to look for one who has the turbo replaced or is it worth the chance taking one with say over 150k mileage with no turbo replacement?

Any feedback would be much appreciated thanx

Whats your budget?

What are you in the market for; E46, E90, E90 LCI, or F30?

I'm looking at an E90...I don't know the difference between E90 and E90 LCI:hammerhead:
My budget is between 100-160k.

As Mamboza Said, the LCI is the facelift. Facelift had some minor cosmetic and mechanical changes, and was introduced late 2008/2009.

For your budget Im not certain you will be able to get an LCI, so maybe start shopping for a pre LCI?

LCI has a completely new engine, which is good news because the late model pre-LCI's have a very tried and tested engine.

The car is great in auto and that specific box is pretty bulletproof but you won't go wrong with the manual either - comes down to personal preference.

In terms of mods, I can highly recommend the guy that did my car - very well priced and having the right person do a custom tune is definitely the way you want to go on this specific car.
