No offence bud, but should rather create a new thread when you require assistance. If its something to do with a specific thread or user then by all means PM or post in that thread.

To answer your question. Glow Plugs should NOT have a direct effect on performance however your car MAY struggle to start when cold. This is what i experienced when i had a Glow Plug error on my car.
