330d auto gearbox

good day every one afther spending about R70 000 on my beemer i still have not solved the problem with the gearbox
gearbox is a GM5 gearbox
ive serviced the gearbox on 285000 km but now the problem is back dont wanna change gears
if you switch it of wait for a min or 2 it goes again for 300m and then no changing gear again
some say i need to change the gearbox and some say 99.9 % its the EPC solinoid or MV soloinoid

so what would you say? is the possible or do i need to spend R25000 on a recon gearbox
ive phoned for prices on the solinoids and its going to cost about R4000 to buy my self:flyfun::argh:

I don't really follow your post completely.

Did you just service the gearbox or did you recon it? What did you spend R70000 on?

Take the gearbox to sparklight gearboxes, they should be able to sort it out and tell you exactly what is wrong, but I don't think you are going to like the answer... (highly likely that you will need that recon - and don't waste your money and cheap out here, a cheap rebuild will not work on these boxes, so get it done somewhere where they offer at least a two year warranty)
