hi guys
maybe this has been asked before, but sold by beemer sometime ago and bought it back last summer, the guy blew the engine, overheated twice while in his possession. the mechanic said the block bent (aluminium block).
Now i resorted to getting an engine rather than fixing the one i have (cost wise. Got my hands on a pro-facelist 330i engine with a bearing knock (with the computer box), ripped it part, got the crank to the engineering. waiting to get the size for the rings after its done.
question is:
what issues do you think will rise from this conversion ?
will my computer box still work on this engine ?
will i need to re-code my key for it to work ?
all heads-ups will do !
