Looked at a 325iS body today , red in colour with 259000km on clock . Has 5 stud hubs , motor and box out has a sunroof . Guy wants R22K .
Needs windscreen and rubber , has e36 bottle cap rims on -not bbs style cross spokes , might need respray , needs interior assembly . High kilos on car-may need suspensions rebuilt .
Are m-tec body-kit pieces available ( not stealers at R10K per piece )Nice car to restore , but may be a money bucket as spares are nil in East London ( I have a 325i and 320i both 4 door to strip so thats a start ! )

The M-tech kits are in circulation and generally parts for the 325is are available but the guys do charge rediculous prices. Take a trip down to the Cape but prearrange with the e30 club and you will find plenty support and the occasional cheapy...

pffft, replacing the wind screen rubber alone will probably cost you almost 22k, also I think 22k for a car that just a shell it a rip-off.
All the guys selling e30's or e30 related stuff seem to be totally nuts.

E30s are not cheap these days.rather save up a bit more and buy a real one with all the bits and pieces because believe me it adds up especially IS bits. theres a guy selling his multivalve IS on the E30club forum, evo I chassis but M52 engine. needs tlc but the big bits seem to be there.

@Psymon , IMHO a 325iS with a M50 or m52 is not an iS any more !! I may be able to get a 4 door body , will go look in the week . If some fool did not ride in front of me two months ago:argh: I would have put a M52 crank in my M20 B25 ,with M20B20 conrods ,then put this in the 320i body . That is why I am looking !!!!!!
