1.Registration Certificate

2.Sarpcco Police Clearance (Export To South Africa)

3.Notice Of Export (ARN Natis Whk)

4.Zero Rated Invoice

5.Sellers Namibian ID

Above can be arranged by Namibia Fleet Solutions for R1000 incl. Vat.

Nam Docs Only.





South African docs required for import


1.ITEC Permit

2.Customs SARS Declaration.

3.SARS Payment.

4.Buyers full address.

5.Source of funds(Payment Confirmation etc.)

Above to be arranged by buyer.

so you don't need to own the vehicle in that country for 2 years before exporting? i know guys leave the vehicle Nam registered using someones address there too as an option
