Hi Guys/Gals,
i honestly hope someone has good news and help for me today. I currently own an E90 320i auto 2009 model and my car has been standing in my garage for a while now. I used the car to PTA from JHB without any problems, drove home without any issues. However the next morning i woke to a car that just wouldn't start. I then suspected the petrol pump which i tested with a multimeter and confirmed it to be working. I cranked the car till the battery died. (stupid of me i know). Any case I tried a new battery i had purchased the very next day and to my surprise the service light had come on, the engine protect light and the LIMP mode light had also come on. Now the car will not even turn over. Is my problem related to ECU or is there something other wrong. lights that are now currently on are the DME1_220, CAS 21, CAS 347, DME1_29 and EGS_248.
Had guys come over to try and clear the codes, codes clear only until ignition is switched off and back on again but the car still does not turn over. Any advise other than going to BMW for now would be appreciated.:argh:
