Very nice! Did he keep this tune for all the gears or did he limit the torque for the first two gears? Im too scared to do this with the auto box...

I'm not sure if he limited the torque in the first two gears. Will find out. Mine is also a Auto. Will keep you updated if anything fails.

not sure if anyone besides RK has figured out the per gear tuning yet but i must say on the Auto it is a must. unless you like wheel spin :tiptoe:

What is your torque limited to over gear 1 and 2? Where does the power sit over these gears?

Kyle I'm sure you have some videos lining up some petrol cars. Man I so need 500 posts to look at the TLGPs. :roflol:

Ha ha i do have allot of vids against petrol cars, will update youtube hopefully over the weekend :blowheart:

1st gear i think is around 300nm and 2nd is around 500nm if i am not mistaken
its so quick its hard to test on the Dyno but what i can tell you is that Keithan has played around alot with it and trust me its the perfect balance between being sucked into the seat and moving forward with minimal spin (not in my case with my very used tyres)

the torque limmit just makes the car so much more driverable

Well I can tell you one thing, when I launch it now my Wheel spin is minimum to non. And only in 1st gear. In 2nd gear there is no Wheel spin what so ever.

its called progressive boost and its been around for so long... Tuners are able to adjust these perimeters within their file.

Out of interest, have you noticed if your car is smoking more since you did the SW? Thats the main thing holding me back...

Decent improvement , might have to stop by Leon sometime.

Thanks for sharing

Make sure to mention my car. He did sw on my brother in laws audi 2.0tdi as well after my brother in law tested my car

@ OP whats the next stages that Leon offers?
Or are you staying with Just SW?

Don't know what stages he has for the 320d but I'm adding cooler and dp in Dec. Want to see how the car behaves on reliability. Recalibration plus fine tuning is cheap

Can't say that it's smoking. Haven't noticed anything on the dyno. Get it tuned safely then you won't have a smoking problem. Hek could have turned the boost up more, give more diesel but that's not safe considering I don't have a dp for all the extra diesel going out.

Can someone of the guys please share some 320d dyno sheets and mod list as well as who tunes your car. Not trying to have a brand war, just want to see for myself.

Been lurking on this post and I am itching even more now to get my stuff done on my 20d.

Sheeesh......may get up to what a 330d does as standard but its all good.

So glad to see results comparable to what I have.

Just have your car checked out before you do it. Leon drove my car first to see what the gearbox does and he also listened to the turbo.

Turbo is all good.

Gearbox does have the dmf rattle. But I am actually not after the high numbers, I am personally more after getting rid of he restictiveness of the dpf and back box for the sake of the turbo.

Then also for a bit of extra boot but better economy.

The only way to do that will be to buy a 30d.

I am yet to see a tuned 20d match a stock 30d's power.

The torque on the 30d just seems to be out of reach for a 20d.

Well I got 19.1km/l after the sw. So don't think it's to bad. But then again I got 18.7km/l before sw. But will do more testing in June.

Agree. 20d will never match a 30d power.
