320D Pulley Problems

hi guys ,please i need your help ,i got a 320d 2004 and the pulley keep breaking i have changed the pulley 3 times its breaking after an average of 7000km.

please assist urgently if there is something i need to change before i buy another pulley.

I don't know diesel engines but I'm guessing maybe your belts are too tight
