320d N47 Turbo repair/replace

Hi Guys, I need some advice regarding a turbo on a 320d 2013 model N47.

Firstly if the turbo is on the way out would you recommend a refurb or complete replacement?
Secondly for either option who would be recommended for the job and what would be ball park costs?
