technical 320d locked steering

Howzitt,

Anyone had experience with this on an e90?

Car wont start now. Put in a new battery, which promptly went flat. Could be faulty alternator ?

try disconnecting the battery for a few seconds and reconnect to unclock steering, happened to me once and this is how i sorted it out, battery draining could be a few faults, if going flat while driving, can be your alternator or cables to or from alernator, if running flat fast while stationary, from wiring to an old faulty tracking device could drain it.
