The 330i is a great car, if not one of the best 3Series BM's ever! (Apart from the M3 and 335i & 330d IMO) The following is my experience with my '07 320d M which I traded in on a '10 320d Dynamic:
Pro's of owning a 320d M:
Very very fuel effiecient. (800 - 1200km/p tank)
Loads of torgue (Makes you smile every time you thump the accelerator) :thumbsup:
Its a newer car than the 330i
Looks great wit the MS kit
The Sport Seats are very comfy.
It really is a fun car to drive.
Overall performance for a Diesel is great.
Cons of owning a 320d M:
The sport suspension is VERY hard with the 18" wheels (The 17" are better)
You have Runflat tyres and no Mobile Kit (Get one thrown into the deal)
Depending on KM's and MP you take a chance with the turbo. (If MP is still active have it tested and replaced at their cost if faulty)
The aluminiuim finishings inside the car scratches and dents very easily with keys.
There is a bit of turbolag if its an Auto like mine was, but you get used to it or drive it in Manual mode.
All in all the 320d IMO is a great car, then so is the 330i. Depending on why you want to sell, go and drive a 320d MS and not the 'normal' one as they handle completely differently and the ride quality on the MS-Pack is harder then decide. Also make sure to find out which engine the '07 has in (110kw or 125kw) I stand to be corrected but the engines where upgraded after August '07..
Get the full service history and look for any comments of driver/owner abuse etc... Just my 2c worth.

Thanks a million Cole. I went and drove the 320d today. It is a great car and the handling is amazing. (maybe because of the motorsport kit i think) Im a bit confused though. . . . FUEL ECONOMY is so impresive in that vehicle! was sitting on 6l / 100km doing combined driving. Mine currently sits at 14l / 100km . . . . . . and the 320d dont lack power like i thought they would. they give quite a kick! Still not 330i power but very impressive!

sorry to hear that dude...although, you still have a 330i, and thats no second prize IMO...raced a E90 320d last week, that car goes, my only concern if i were to get one would be the turbos, heard plenty of horror stories about the E46, other than that, the 320d is awsum
