320d E90 service intervals

Anyone know the required service intervals on these vehicles?

Also advise if there is a cost when changing motorplan from one person to another, in the event of selling a vehicle?

I know on the e46 320d it was every 15k

And yes there is a charge, they charge you to do an inspection on the car before transferring the motorplan into your name, usually in the region of R700 - R1000 odd.
