technical 320d e90 no crank no start

Hi all, I was recently scanning and browsing my 2005 320d e90 with inpa. At one stage I tried to start the car to view live stats......and nothing......the battery ran down to 9 volts. After charging it would not crank. If I remove relay 30g and reinstall it the car starts and runs perfectly. If I turn the ignition off it doesn't start. I even sync the cas and dme. Any suggestions would be appreciated guys and girls.
