320D E46 ABS Pump Fault

Hi Guys,

The ABS unit in my car is faulty. Error code 5df5. Cleaned and checked ABS sensors, all are fine. Does anyone know where i Durban I can get the unit recon or a second hand one? Which is better to recon or buy second hand?

My opinion with stuff like brakes, rather get a new new, which is OEM spec.

You sure its ABS? Are there any lights lit up in the cluster? It could just be steering angle sensor. I hope so for your case.

Asc, ABS and Handbrake lights are on. Cleaned the ABS sensors on the wheels, replaced the brake sensors. When tested, faulty found is internal control unit fault 5DF5.
