320d E46 2005 - No power

Help please anyone. My 320d E46 F/L is experiencing a new problem suddenly. The car has no power, it barely gets to 60 km/h, but if you manage to get it to rev up above 4000 rpm, it pulls nearly normal again. Below 4000 rpm it feels like the car stutters and no matter what you do, it will not rev up. The only way to get it above 4000 rpm is to play with the clutch to keep it revving till it pulls strong enough to keep going. The car also smoke really heavy black smoke that is not usually the case. Where do I start searching? Might it be fuel pump, filter, injectors? Hopefully not the turbo. If the car is switched off for a few minutes and you start it up and drive, it pulls like normal for the first km or so, and then it starts stuttering again as if it runs out of fuel.

I had those symptoms. I suspected it to be the vacuum hoses. Sent it to Budler Motorsport and it was. Had all my vacuum hoses replaced.

The problem here is I live in Postmasburg, the closest thing to a BMW garage is 200km away, thus the need for fixing it yourself..... Also taking into account that they are closed on weekends and I can't go there during the week due to work, it is a dilemma of epic proportions...

Update on my no power issue. I stripped the relevant covers off yesterday, and found most of the vacuum pipes to be in poor condition. However, the problem was something else. The wire to the pressure sensor in the turbo pipe touched the EGR valve somehow, causing the wires to burn completely off. So was the main vacuum pipe going to the turbo. Replacing and fixing today and will again update.

This is what the vehicle does, it starts and idles perfectly for a few seconds and then dies for no reason. Any ideas where to look? The engine also smells really bad of diesel fumes after the engine stalls. Any ideas?

Screendumps from INPA showing the active readings. On the Selective mass adjustment screen you can see Cylinder 1 and 2 being very low and 3 and 4 very high. When this happens the car starts stuttering and stalls. Is this the injectors? Also attached, a pdf file with error messages. Please help guys........

Did a injector leak-off test, and this is the result. I don't think an injector is causing my problem.
