320d Auto question

ok so i need sum info,

i'm not sure if it is an issue or just me not used to the car, i have been driving my 2009, 320d MSport Auto, for about a month now, n i have been using it daily recently.

i have noticed that when i am coming to a stop, or stuck in traffic, i.e generally just taking my foot of the brake to move foward, the car seems to "jerk", like going into gear...(still in auto mode)

i have taken the car to bm to get it checked, and they have told me that "they have reset the adaptations, and i must drive the car for 100km's to see if there is any improvements", but it is still doing it...

not sure if any1 else has exeperienced the issue....

My car has been doing that for the last 100 000km.... lol

its a slight jerk though.... im on 240 000km now.... and she is still fine....:rollsmile:

oh and its a 2006 320d M Sport Auto...

i have 53500 km's on @ the mo, hence my query...
not sure if it's normal, feels like it kicks into 1

it is supposed to when you switch from R to d or P to D or whatever. But not all the time when you lift your foot of the brake pedal :fencelook:

I had a similar issue with my 320d, give it back to them, they'll flush the box..if it still keeps jerking return it again as it will probably need a rebuild..heres the write up of what happened to mine http://www.bmwfanatics.co.za/showthread.php?tid=34541

that sounds exactly like my issue...

had the same in gopher from day I had her to 200 000km. Happens especially down hills.
