Hi ! i have a e90 320i manual it has 290000km on the clock, its a very good car hardly any problems ,its cheap on service and spares are available. The 323i is a nice car but extremely underpowered for a six cylinder car my friend had one and traded it in for a 320d.If you want to do alot of kms buy a 320i to run around.

Most private dealers can offer motorplans for cars over 100k km but the ones that I've seen only pay a small percentage of the replacement part (I suppose it's better than nothing).

If I had to choose between a 320i and a 320d I would probably go for the d, and I don't even like diesels, but I like having the power. If you just want a car for the luxury and aren't worried about power then a 320i will serve you fine.

You can't really compare reliability, there are so many factors. The previous owner could have driven the car like a retard but by that logic I would say that the diesel is probably higher risk. Make sure you do a proper inspection on the car.

I wouldn't waste my money on an aftermarket motorplan, rather just save the money and spend it when you need it.

i think the 335i and the M3 are the only e9x worth buying... other than that i would choose an e46...

Have you driven the 330i/d? Those things are much quicker than E46 330i... Too bad the "d" sound like farming equipment :fencelook:

i would rather mod an e46 330i than get the e90... all the e46 needs in exhaust, tune and ratio... then im sure it will be quicker than an e90 330i...

If I had the option of a E46 330i manual or a E90 330i Manual - both same spec etc.. but with NO option to MOD... I would choose the E90 :)
as I like the look of the lci...

But the E46 is Timeless... So will look awesome for longer..

if you look at the price difference it makes more sense to mod the e46... i cant say there is anything on the e90 that makes it worth the extra cost...

Well for the price of a new E90 330i you can get almost 3 E46 M3's so I would just buy that :biglol:

I will be Honest... I find the E90's handle quiet nicely... Can really chuck it around.. Only problem with ours is when you throw it into a corner, you have no power for the other side while the Gearbox decides what it wants to do..
