318TI not starting

Yip as the title says, my 318ti will not start.

Drove back from Eastgate this morning, stopped up the rode at the shops.

Jumped back in the car turned the key and the car just cranks and cranks.

I think it might be a crank sensor and some thing electric.

Car will do to the mech 2moro


Any input is welcome!!

Very weird just when to the car now, started up 1st crank?

Maybe the sensor is on it way out.

Crank sensor was replaced under warranty, My car is pulling smooth and all is well.

2 days of driving a 1989 auto jetta has given me a new respect for LOVELY car!!
