30FF - Boost leak Testing

Good Day Gents

As the subject describes I have been getting the 30FF Charge air pressure too low code for the past few months, I have replaced every single vacuum line except the one running to the rear wastegate with silicone lines, I have replaced the Chargepipe with a aluminium charge pipe and tial blow off valve, I have replaced the couplers to the stock intercooler with silicone reducers to eliminate the o ring and c-clip design
I am still getting a 30FF in 3rd gear (Basically when overtaking) now I know It might be the Wastegates meaning new turbos or the boost solenoids, but before I splash out money I want to see if there is someone in Pretoria or Close to pretoria that can do a leak test for me on the intake tract as well as the vacuum system

Cannot get hold of Afzil, his phone has been off since yesterday, other suggestions? I am pulling apart everything today to check all connections and o-rings as well as tighten clamps on the intercooler

Yes CP with Tial BOV, MHD stage 1 did this before mods and tune though, can a loose rear inlet cause a 30ff code? I am thinking my rear inlet is loose from installing/uninstalling the DCI's for a few other repairs, When I let off the throttle I hear a second very distinct sound from the right side of the car almost like a blowoff noise? directly after the BOV blowoff noise

I put rubber reducers with normal clamps on the intercooler to rule out a leak there, I ziptide each and every silicone vacuum line, I tested boost solenoids by hooking both turbos to one and it did the same, hooked it up to other one still same error, deleted vacuum reservoirs to rule out cracks in them

I am at my wits end

Log the car so one can see if there is an issue. You can attach a csv file in your post.

I went to a friend with a lift tonight, the rear inlet is completely off, we did a smoke test to check for leaks and found none (After reattaching the inlet with the longest screw driver I have seen in my life, what he did find however is that the wastegates are very loose so we will be pulling the turbos this weekend and adjust them as well as replace all the gaskets and seals, will also be installing decatted downpipes while we are dropping the subframe

Thank you all for the help will log the car before we do anything and again after for any fanatics with the same problem in the future
