Thanx for everyone's advice...After posting this, I got a buyer for my car who is most likely going to take it end of next month. Now the search begins more seriously...Basically I'm looking for something where I would enjoy the drive, I'm not too keen of the 4 cylinder either, as I just feel that it really isn't a BMW, if u know what I mean...The other options BMW has are great, I'm just worried about how expensive the services would be if I get one that is almost out of motorplan...Also I really like the Sport pack front bumper, is there anywhere I can purchase this somewhere else if I get the exclusive or something, what would the cost be? I drive around 15K a year, so I don't really put on alot of milleage...Anyone got any recommendations where I can look for cars besides the usual online sites?

Thanx once again.

Howzit, I had a 2002 330i (great car) i recently sold it for a 2007 320D for the following reason:

1) I do about 3500km /month (330i was killing me on petrol and maintenance)

The 330i was a great car and i loved it (especialy the sound) but as for the 320D i am also loving it! It is a great car all round and as for the comment about the 4 cylinder not being a real BMW . . . Well , thats really unfair to say especially when you have a HONDA :hammerhead:

In short terms get a 330i cause it is an amazing car but if you got a tight budget stick to a 320 cause ANYONE who has a 330i will tell you. . Just the sound of it will make you want to press it :pimp:
+ 1 -Us 330i drivers don't use the radio much :)

Thanx for all the advice everyone. It's been really informative, I just hope that I can use this information properly and make the right decision :)

I'm most likely going to see a 2007 325i with sportpack, any advice what I should look out for? It's still got motorplan for 1 year. How much are services more or less from agents for the 325i. Anyone has a 325i Auto that can tell me what milleage they get on a tank?

Thanx once again

First take the car for a spin the sport pack suspension is not for everyone. that being said have them check the suspension before hand. Had mine checked last year while on motorplan. Wishbones were gone, R6000 repair work but lucky car was under motorplan

I certainly hope that when these Vtec slash Honda Boys now wanting to flock to the Forum and realizing to buy real wheels that they not going to put us BM drivers in disrepute and disgrace us the way they currently drive on public roads. But, good luck on your new ride [BMW] I just had to get this off my chest for some bad experience with honda %$&#.

Thanx for the advice, will check the suspension with BMW.
LOl, not to worry I won't make the BMW drivers look bad :)

Out of interest, what would you guys say would be a decent price for a 2007 325i Sport Pack with about 75,000km and motorplan still available for another year?

I've being checking on tyres, and these 18" runflats are really expensive. Where does everyone buy their tyres from and how long do they last, really need to check that the car tyres has some decent thread left...

Thanx.
