I was in the silver diesel, behind you. Floored it off the on ramp going after you, then you slowed down for the cops, and I caught a skrik for the cops , and was still going a bit fast, then moved lanes. Sorry if I drove a bit k@k.

I honestly didnt even notice how close you were, maybe the years of track driving and general stuffing around have made me immune to it!

No harm done at all man, try get closer next time that was a poor effort i could still see your number plates!:roflol:

Hi guys!it was fun seeing so many bm's together,I hope to chat with some of you guys next time!I left early coz I didn't know anyone...till the next event.

James just introduce yourself next time. I remember my first meetup wasn't very comfortable either. I just rocked up on my ace to an event one day and starting chatting to the okes. We all share the love for our cars so there's always some k@k to talk about cars :thumbs:

Yusuf thanks for bringing your White monster to the show for us all to see and admire :bravo:

Thanks again Shaun, you were a life saver.

I don't think everyone should read too much into the cops situation that evening.

Remember that Samrand drags have been running for years on Thursdays only. It's spitting distance from where we met up so there was bound to be activity, especially on the eve of a holiday. I'm sure the samrand shell was chockers with keen racers and probably attracted way more saps than normal. They also then head off to allandale which is south so no conflict for us.

But to add to what has been said, the meeting point should vary and maybe not be on a Thursday and N1 ultra city again :rollsmile:
