2012 E92 M3 DCT

Hey guys,

So i recently traded in my M135i for a 2012 E92 M3 DCT competition pack, this has been a dream since these cars came out yet was never a reality.

I have never had a grin so big while driving any car, so this thing does the name full justice.

I've ordered a few minor cosmetic accessories that i need to get fitted, so even more excited now.

I would like to know from you guys, what are the best minor exhaust mods you have done which wont void motorplan, I know it goes without saying that any aftermarket mods done to a BM with motorplan is a no go, and i run risk of voiding the mplan, but in my opinion this car feels like a caged animal and needs to be unleashed.
Are there any negative effects to the motor of changing the back box to 2 smaller boxes to get some extra depth and tone.
PS: Im ok with super loud and droning

How much plan is left? One can weld up the box to give some decent sound gains..

Thank you, definitely preferred over the 135 however I feel the 135 will give it a go lol..

Still have mplan till August 2018 and I intend to extend for another year when it reaches that time.

Congratulations. You will love it more everyday....consider doing your upgrade post motorplan expiration. No need to extend, there is plenty of after market support i.e. Tune-Tech; Axis..

As far as exhaust goes with regards to motorplan, best thing to do is change out the back boxes only and change them back to OEM when sending the car in, it's a really simple 1/2 hour job.

If you want, I have a set of back boxes that I would consider letting go of.

Exactly that.
IMO all the new releases (F series etc) feel to refined and its a bore to drive, theres no real connection to the road and car i find.

This car gives all that and more, now it just needs more noise.
