Hi guys need some help, I've blew like 3 radiators already and no one can help me to get the problem why it does that. BMW Ceadar change the motor but they used the old motors intake manifold with the old sensors. Don't know if that can be the problem or what. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Too much air boost :smilebounce:

Hope you get it sorted. Blowing a radiator 3 times is unusual and scary.

You would need to follow the bleeding procedure to remove the air..
1. replace the Radiator
2. Top up with 50/50 coolant and distill water mix
3. Bleed procedure:
Recommend you use a battery charger
- Ignition on (do not start)
- Heater set to Max
- Blower speed set to Min
- Hold accelerator down for 10s

You should hear the water pump starting up and some noise coming from the expansion tank.

Important to check coolant level when done and repeat the fill and bleed procedure.

Hope this helps....
