2011 E90 320d exhaust fumes in cabin

Hi All

Have an issue with exhaust fumes coming into the cabin usually after a constant speed drive on the highway. Not sure if anyone has experience anything similar.

I have changed the gaskets (highlighted yellow in picture below) around the inlet manifold as a found some oily residue at the connection between EGR cooler and inlet manifold. Even after changing I am still getting the fumes. Any ideas on what else it could be?

I had a similar experience on my E82 120d. I turned out that the injector seals were leaking and that caused carbon build up around the injectors. This caused a horrible smell in the cabin and even some light smoke.
Hope you find the problem.
