2010 E87 Key replacement

Hey Guys

I've been a lurker on the forum for quite a while but I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me

A lady friend of mine lost her spare key and in addition her purse got stolen on Thursday.

BMW quoted her R8000 for a new key which i believe is excessive.

Could you guys assist with any alternatives as you all are more knowledgeable than me

In Cape Town I used Drivesure. Those boys are good. I had two keys done by them. They supply the blank key and everything. And it's only about R1500. Twice I brought my keys back to Aus and my cars started first time.

If you are in Cape Town phone Colin at 083 281 0185 his business is in Voortrekker road Goodwood, charged me R1,200 for genuine BMW blank key and cut, coded etc ........
