Even with the noticeable small amount of debris attached to the radiator I thought the radiator was performing quite well...
I was wrong!
I can tell a considerable difference in chill with the replacement radiator...(without debris)
The debris was sandwiched between the radiator and condenser....
it pays to drain ,remove the radiator and clean off BOTH sides.
Who knew the unseen sandwiched area would hold all this crap...
mud,leaves,bird wings,hair,hay seeds,sand, dead insects etc.

Here's what a hairline crack will get you if left unaddressed...

please let us know on how these perform on the car, was thinking of them for my e46 arms. some people say it makes ride tighter and harsher but better control.
Well been about a month now. One can see and compare the power flex to the standard wish bone , (control arm) or the bushing...
Much more
beefier
tighter fit caused 3 weeks of steering wheel shakes while driving 80miles per hour. The more I drive the less shakes.
Powerflex are ok... Nothing major tho write home about!
I did have a close call where I had to break very quickly and in doing so, I found myself being able to steer out of a tight collision with the other car . Or maybe be it was my cat like reflexes.
Remember I picked these up from the boneyard.
I'd buy them again only at boneyard prices.
I think the biggest advantage is probably longevity.
I'm glad I got them for sure...
But definitely not looking for a second pair to purchase. If given to me, I wouldnt turn them down. And that's another story!

I've often said the cold over the heat will expose the cars vulnerabilities.
So it was this evening. After work on my way home one of the two pipes under the intake bursts.
Damn cold out too.
I was able to make it home (8miles). With a couple of stops in putting water in the expansion tank. So I know what I'll be doing over the weekend.
