2008 118i

Hi guys

Im wanting to buy a 2008 BMW 118i. Does anyone know what the out of maintenance plan services cost? And how do the service costs compare to the 120d(e87)?
I see these vehicles sell for around R100k, are they so cheap because they have expired their service plans? Maybe not such a good idea to buy an old beemer?

Also what kind of things should I look out for when choosing a 1 series

We just bough a 120i. Decent car to use as a run about, solid drive but not the most inspiring. Personally the only e81/e87 I would have is the 130i. Just make sure you look under the good and check up on the service records. The 4cyl can become problematic.
