So after a bad scooter accident two weeks ago in Hatfield.:argh: I am officially telling scooter and bike sales reps to go "vang a vette". Won't go into much detail but basically a Toyota Hilux containing one of our indigenous members of the country decided to skip a red light as I crossed it on my little Saartjie. long story short, leg looks like a smurf and scooter's paint is just scuffed. luckily the mirrors are steel hehe.
i was looking at a 2007 E81 BMW 120i with 103,000km on the clock for R129,000 from CMH Rand Auto in Strydompark.
Now the questio: Why the Hell can't I get insurance on this? I drove a 2003 318i when I just got my license (June, 2011) and paid R2500 per month. I am currently paying R1400 per month on my 2011 1.4 Corsa Utility Sport. So why can't I get insurance on this car?
