Hi guys

I have an 07 530d e60. The lights and rings are yellow, I want to change them to xenon but the fogs has match.

I'm not sure weather to buy the oem xenon lights from scrapyard of a later model or to go the aftermarket way and buy phillips white globes for headlamps and fogs and the aftermarket non branded ring globes.

Whats my best option?

OEM xenon's but its also much more expensive and complicated

I am a newbie here and still have a lot to learn,I don't know if you know the Retrofit Lab I wanted to know if maybe that route would be viable? I was thinking of doing the same thing with my dads E60 because he did not get xenons with his.
If one were to get headlights from the latest E60's what would be the process of getting them to work etc? I

not sure what the intended outcome is, do want xenons in the headlights and foglights? do you want the white light only? i have the following information.

The 07 e60 had optional Xenons so you could possibly find it at a scrappy, but highly unlikely unless you are on a waiting list and know the guys well. Xenons can be retrofitted into the foglights.

You mention changing the headlamps using philips globes, if you are looking for the white light then i suggest replacing all globes with the white equivalent and leds for the angel eyes
