2006 e46 m3 headunit

Hi all,
I am new to this forum and have recently acquired a 2006 e46 m3.
The car has the std headunit with a CD shuttle in the boot.
I would like to change the headunit or add a device to the headunit that will enable me to play music off a flash drive unit.
I do not want to use the FM modulators that are on the market.

Is it possible to install an aftermarket DVD/GPS/Bluetooth unit to these cars?
If so, where in SA can i purchase this?

I would look at getting a double din system that still looks OEM and not like some Japanese crap with its neon blue or purple lights.

He brings in these units and they are pretty good. They look OEM, can play DVD's, ipods, Flashdrives and have Nav GPS, the works. Very cool.
